EU Brief Description
EU tri-layer maintanence-free bushing have a base of lower carbon steel, onto which a porous bronze layer is sintered. PTFE mixtures are impregnated into the intersice of this bronze layer after rolling process completed. Eu has good physical & mechanical properties, also has certainly chemical properties. It is suitable for rotary, oscillating movement with performance of self-lub. Anti-wear, lower firction, lower noise.
EX Brief Description
EX tri-layer low maintanence plain bushing have a base of lower carbon steel, onto which a porous bronze layer is sintered.

Acetalcopolyer (POM) is impregnated into the intersice of this bronze layer after rolling process completed. Lubrication indents are stamped into this layer. EX has good physical & mechanical properties, also has certainly chemical properties. This material has good machining performance if required.

EMT Brief Description
EMT bi-metallic bushing is formed from steel strips with alloy lining material.

The alloy lined surface can be machined oil grooves, holes, formed Indentations etc according to different application. It is suitable for high load, lower speed oscillation & rotation movement.

E90 Brief Description
E90 bronze wrapped bushings are made of entirely bronze CuSn8.

E92 Brief Description

E20 is bimetallic bearing material, based on steel backing, and a layer of copper sinter,

which is composed of special copper powder with solid lubricants (major ingredient is graphite) dispersed, acts as wear resistant surface and processed through oil-impregnating treatment.

EB65 Brief Description
EB65 high-strength copper alloy as the base material, use conditions according to a certain proportion of its working surface machined hole and fill one solid lubricant.

High-strength copper alloy provides a high load carrying capacity and the solid lubricant can be formed lower friction. Under dry conditions we design layer pre-lubrication of the bearing surface of the membrane in the shortest possible time to ensure the solid lubricant is transferred onto the couplings and shaped as an effective solid lubricant film.
